The Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte are a full commercial partner with BluEarth Renewables in the Loyalist Solar Facility. Together, we formed Loyalist Solar LP and both parties share in the economic benefits, risks and costs of the joint venture.

The Project is classified as a Class 3 Solar Facility and requires a Renewable Energy Approval (REA) from the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (MOECC) in accordance with Ontario Regulation 359/09 (“O.
